We are an appointment only clinic. We cannot see ‘ walk-ins’.

We have noted a trend recently for unwell people to just turn up. We understand that it is hard to get through to reception sometimes but please note that all our GP and Nurse appointments are fully booked for days or even weeks in advance. However as noted below we open a number of appointments each day at 8am for very sick people. For those that can’t get in on the day there is the option to be seen at Counties Care walk-in clinic next door.

Regarding messages and returned calls. Our staff are finding increasingly, that many people who request a call back, do not make themselves available for this service. We would be most grateful if you could please be available for the call back as our staff always try to do their very best to help in your time of need .

Good health should be your first priority, so do not delay in seeking our help for any problems you have. Covid should not stop you from seeing a Doctor but the consultation should be virtual.

 Limited appointment slots are made available at the start of the day for urgent conditions only. Due to very high demand currently, you may need to book up to 3 weeks in advance to see the doctor of your choice.

Note also- due to very high demand at the moment, replies to answer phone messages may take up until the end of the working day.
